In compliance with the provisions of article 16 second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 26, 27, 28 and 31 of the General Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obligated Subjects and 12, 31, 33, 34, 37, 38 and 78 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of the State From chiapas. Regarding the personal data that you provide referring to third parties, it is presumed that you have obtained the consent of the owner in question to make said delivery.
In the case of personal data of minors and people in a state of interdiction or disability, it is presumed that you have the legal representation provided for in the civil legislation that is applicable to you.
5. Means and Procedures available to exercise ARCOS rights.
The Holder of the personal data or his duly accredited legal representative, has the right to know what personal data he has provided us, for what we use them and the conditions of use that we give him (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information when it is incomplete, inaccurate, inadequate or excessive (Rectification); that it be removed from our records or databases when you consider that its treatment contravenes the provisions of the law or because it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose or purposes of said base (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

6. Transfer of Personal Data
The Holder of the personal data that goes to the Ministry of Economy and Labor, is aware that the delivery of their personal data will only be for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, which will be safeguarded and protected by the public servants of this Secretary, who may not transfer them without their consent, except in the cases of exception provided for in articles 22 and 70 of the General Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects, as well as 18, 95, 96, 98 and 99 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of the State of Chiapas and exclusively for the purposes described therein.
